To lead and manage a team of Supply Chain Personnel to support CFT and customers on delivery and Asset Management activities,. To formulate  policies per gap analysis, including lead-time management, configured SO management, and to ensure action on excess / obsolete declaration to PM and customers. To ensure KPI is duly achieved.

Ensure customer order lead-time falling within total lead-time.

Escalate any potential gating after mitigation.

Ensure demand change and cancellation do not affect delivery.

Ensure the demand loading is achievable.

Ensure promised OTD is 100%.

Ensure a proper mitigation on one time big order surge.

Ensure all excess and obsolete materials are timely declare.

Ensure the E&O materials can be justified.

Project monthly revenue per SO / forecast after considering FG, production plan and material availability.

Ensure FGI have a turnover per company KPI.

Report daily revenue, WIP, FGI comparing with the goal.

Support ERP system and quality system.

Look into continual improvement to reduce manual works.

Degree in SCM / Mathmematics / Computer.

Very supportive to Customer Focus Team (CFT) on outcome owning.

Able to work with others as a team based on center point and do it right the first time.

Resilient, consistent and focus attitude.

Fluent in written and spoken communication of English.

Hand on and strong knowledge of SCM / ERP system and concept and MS Office.

Very good concept in ERP to implement different requirements for different customers.

5-10 years of experience in SCM And EMS
