V.J. Salomone Marketing Ltd, forms part of the V.J. Salomone Group of Companies, established since 1920. We are a leading import and distribution company representing international brands in the fast-moving consumer business.
We are currently seeking to recruit a full-time Supply Chain Administrator to join our existing team. Reporting directly to the Senior Supply Chain Coordinator, the ideal candidate should ideally:
- Possess good oral and written communication skills,
- Possess excellent Interpersonal competences and presentation skills,
- Be highly organised and efficient,
- Be proficient, possesses smart appearance and of good conduct,
- Possesses excellent customer service skills,
- Possess basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping,
- Possess the ability to perform well under pressure and without supervision,
- Pays attention to detail,
- Be capable to multi-task,
- Be fluent in both written and oral Maltese and English,
- Be computer literate and in possession of ECDL qualifications.
Role will include:
- Generating purchase orders and updating of same,
- Carrying out data entry duties,
- Deal with customer queries,
- Placing, checking and confirming orders.
- Keeping track of supplier updates,
- Generate reports and other documents as may be directed,
- Liaise with the finance department on various customer accounting matters.
Candidates with 2 years’ experience in the similar role shall be given preference.
