MacroPoint completes freight tracking integration with Manhattan Associates

MacroPoint, creator of freight tracking software, has completed integration with the Manhattan Associates Transportation Management System (TMS), making it the first freight visibility platform in the Manhattan Value Partner program (MVP).“Joining Manhattan Associates’ MVP program is a testament to the value of our supply chain visibility software,” said Dan Cicerchi, chief operating officer of MacroPoint. The MacroPoint Carrier Visibility Network has over 1 million drivers and millions of connected trucks, he said.Manhattan Associates is a software provider of supply chain and omni-channel commerce systems used by more than 1,200 global customers. Its software unites information from across the enterprise, converging front-end sales with back-end supply chain execution.The partnership with MacroPoint offers access to real-time, off-schedule freight tracking alerts and arrival and departure location monitoring.
