Looking for Logistics Transportation Analyst
Summary: Plan, direct, or coordinate activities.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. Operational management, problem resolution and escalation. Logistics transportation process evaluation and management.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or a related field and 4 years’ relevant experience including strategic transportation management, data analysis & process planning and development.
Skills and Competencies: Project Management Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Knowledge of production processes, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective distribution of goods. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.
