As the Nike Factory Stores (NFS) Supply Chain Business Analyst Manager in the North America DTC (Retail) Supply Chain (SC), you will assist the NFS Director in successfully delivering operational projects and process improvements. You’ll provide support for business initiatives to improve on time and reliable delivery to our stores, exceeding consumer expectations. This role will influence the complete supply chain process through manufacturing, inbound delivery, distribution, transportation services, systems, store operations and sales floor replenishment. You’ll be focused on ensuring that NFS service level requirements for order fulfillment are achieved. You’ll collaborate with all stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of key information and support alignment around the vision, development and implementation of new capabilities against business needs. You’ll also develop knowledge and industry insights to assist the supply chain team in leading networks and frameworks that accelerate our service performance. You will lead in developing, implementing, and maintaining integrated project and process plans. You’ll be responsible for project work related to supply chain initiatives that address and solve highly complex problems. This includes helping to ensure that tasks, deadlines, and milestones integral to the overall project goal are achieved. Key deliverables include leading Service Channel reporting, Initiatives & managing re-buy deliveries, and improving coverage results. The ideal candidate will have skill in balancing multiple priorities and cross-functional collaboration while expressing passion for Nike’s fast-growing DTC businesses.

Requirements for the position include:
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or a related field. Two additional years of experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 5 years supply chain-related work experience
- Demonstrated strength delivering process improvement initiatives
- Experience within retail environments a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; experience in meeting facilitation and presenting to senior leaders a plus.
- Ability to produce on-time quality deliverables in a deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Cross-functional project team skills, self-starter and accustomed to driving for results with limited supervision
- Ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources
