Job Description
Supply Chain Analysts SCAs work as individual contributors and/or on project teams with other Department Analysts, and Project Managers. SCAs have a core responsibility to ensure Continuous Improvement in pursuit of OpX. The SCAs identify process improvements based on thorough understanding of the business processes and supply chain dependencies. SCAs communicate, explain, and clarify issues with the customer/business groups/divisions, and translate business requirements. Some SCAs perform specialized tasks in addition to their core job responsibilities, such as consulting on tools, systems, quality and controls, services, or processes provide input to system/process design and/or provide content knowledge support and troubleshooting. SCAs may work on several projects &/or programs simultaneously, managing multi stakeholders, conduct budget &/or headcount planning, business forecasting, constraint analysis, inventory analysis, Plan/POR, benchmarking and departmental indicators.


Entry level position for College Graduate 18 months from the official convocation date.- Possess a Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistic, Business Management, Operation Management, Technology Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or any related discipline. An MBA or a Master in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering graduate is highly desirable.- Experience and knowledge of supply chain processes and tools 1-3 yrs, including but not limited to order and/or demand fulfillment, transportation, warehousing, supplier management, customs brokerage, and import/export processes is highly preferred.- Highly proficient in English both in oral and written communication.- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment coupled with initiative and in an organized manner with minimal supervision in an ambiguous environment.- Ability to interface professionally with all levels of personnel and with team members, customers or stakeholders from varying countries and cultures, both in person and over the telephone.- Ability to work in a flexible and continually changing environment.- Strong analytical, data mining and problem solving skills and a good working knowledge in the area of supply chain inventory management, logistics business processes, procurement and customer service support.- Good PC skills along with all the relevant Microsoft Office applications.- Ability to represent their stakeholders interests and working toward a worldwide solution- Proven success in fast-paced programs and/or projects – Proven analysis capabilities, operational management abilities and high initiatives and creativity.Note : This position will undergo the Asia CG Rotation program for a period of one-year. This is a Strategic Hiring so all candidates will be reporting to under BSP/SPOe upon completion of the year long program.
